That would work, but has 2 problems:

1) Anyone with the 'CONCEAL' option would be missed.

2) Everyone would get the default set of options.

What I would do would be to QUERY the list, probably with the ***GUI***
option and write a program in your favorite language to create 2 files:

1) Would be a series of ADD and SET commands that would add the users
and set the non-default options.

2) Would be a series of DELETE commands to remove them from the old
list.  Would not be needed if the old list is going away.
