Good Morning,

I have been receiving a lot of complaints from a particular list owner who states that they receive 3 to 4 bounce back e-mails per day from their list. All of these bounces are sign-off requests and come back to Listserv because they are not valid addresses. Meaning Listserv tries to send the subscriber a notification saying "you are not currently subscribed to this list", however the message gets bounced because the email address doesn't even exist.

As I said the owner receives 3-4 per day. Is this a spammer who is trying to send sign-off requests for random email addresses? Do you have any suggestions that I can use in order to alleviate this influx of error e-mails?
