VM/XA SP support for the LISTSERV line monitor

A  new version  of  LSV$LMNT and  LSV$LMNI  EXEC has  been  made available  on
[log in to unmask] It provides support for the spool checking options of the line
monitor under  VM/XA SP1 and  SP2. LSV$LMNS MODULE  is not required  for VM/XA
sites.
