The setting "Send= Editor,Hold" and the situation of a list being on "hold"
are completely unrelated.

See http://www.lsoft.com/manuals/owner-faq.stm#1 for what to do when a list
is on hold.

Also, what was the rest of that error?  There should have been several more
lines explaining what the problem was.
