   Since release 1.5 (I think) the format of the PUT command is:
 
PUT <listname> LIST PW=<password>
 
without a leading "*". The LSVPUT exec constructs this command for you,
although you'd have to build it by hand on a VMS system. Also, the format
of the "put via FILELIST" command is:
 
PUTC <filename> <filetype> <filemode> RECFM=F/V LRECL=<nnn> PW=<password>
 
again without a leading "*".
