Changelog date-range doesn't include 2004!

Hi,

I'm running Listserv 1.8e on Tru-64 Unix. On the Changelog reports page the date range
allows 1997 thru 2003, no allowance for 2004. Do I need to do anything to let us run reports
for this year?
