I have a list with:

  Send= Editor,Hold,Confirm

When a non-subscriber sends a post to the list, it is correctly held
for moderation.

However, I don't want that user to receive a notification email which
is defined in the POST_EDITOR template.  I think there's also an
additional message that gets sent when the message is released...

How can I diable these messages from being sent?  I haven't yet tried
"blanking out" the POST_EDITOR template, maybe that would work, but I
thought there might be a less-hacky way.
