I am running Listserv 1.8d on Windows NT.  I had to stop the
Listserv service in order to install a new LAK.  When I tried to
restart the service, I got the error message (from "Services")
        "Could not start the LISTSERV (primary server) service on
       \\WDCTRB9-IS
        Error 2140:  An internal Windows NT error occured."

I presume this is really an OS rather that Listserv problem, but I
was hoping that someone has seen this before, and knows the
"fix."
