I've just upgraded to 2.0.39, on Win2k, and the thing I noticed was that it
*forced* you to do a fresh install.. that is, remove the old version before
it would let you install the new one. All the previous occassions I've
updated it, it just installs over the existing version.
However, when you uninstall an existing version it leaves httpd.conf and the
logs in place so that providing you reinstall to the same directory it'll
just pick up the configuration & logs without any trouble. All in all it
took me about 5 minutes.
