I am having a problem on a list of mine, TEL.  Everyone who posts
gets their message posted, gets the acknowledgement, and gets another
message rejecting the posting which is a duplicate of a posted message.
I see only one file go to listserv from the mailer, so it appears to
be happening within listserv or its distribution network.
 
This has only appeared in the last couple of days.
 
What I am seeing in the listserv log is multiple "distributing mail"
messages.
 
Is it possible that one of the recipients is forwarding something
internally to owner-tel?  how can I tell?
