One of my listowners (fairly competent and trustworthy) reports
the following occurrence (problem).

>the funny disttibution of the LT-ANTIQ digests continues to run
>four days behind!  that is, on last thursday the digest for the
>previous sunday was distributed, on friday, that for monday,
>on saturday that for tuesday, and today, sunday, i just got the
>digest for wednesday...  it looks like there is a queue of digest
>that has been backed up since last weekend, and the system just
>distributes the one at the top of the queue!!  funny, huh???

Any ideas as to what might cause this to happen? And how I might
cause LISTSERV to 'catch up'?
