Through an oversight listview.c in common.tar.Z was never updated (which
probably speaks to how often the -e option gets used...)  At any rate
the current common.tar.Z contains the correct listview.c and I have
also placed a copy of listview.c in the listserv/unix directory on
the FTP server for the convenience of people who would like to update
their copy.

Windows 1.8d sites already have this version of the executable and can
ignore this note.
