I'm suggesting that .FO RAGGED become the default at some future time. Justified text is no longer useful, imho. Most of the programs I use to view e-mail don't used fixed-width fonts, so the text doesn't appear to be justified anyway.
Jacob Haller said that "formatting commands don't generally work in MSG_...-type templates" and these are the particular ones that I would like to fix.
