The problem of bodyless mails was pointed out a couple of days ago on LSTERN-L
As a matter of  fact it occured on LSTERN-L itself. It  doesn't happen all the
time but it seems that somehow it happens on the "final stage" of distribution
because the mail  is stored in the  archives of the server. Its  more likely a
problem on LISTEARN and I am sure Turgut is trying very hard to solve it.
 
Till the problem is solved (Eric explained  why it affects 1.6e too) you might
get mail as you used to, mail with jobs appended, or no mail at all.
