Leadership training is HOT these days, but it often feels abstract
and disconnected from the practical day to day reality of life
within organizations.  On the other hand, most management training
doesn't take into account the leadership skills and issues so many
organizations are trying to intergrate into ther cultures.
 
Bridging the gap between management training, the organizing processes,

Sexual harassment continues to get big media attention.  Part of the
problem is the conplexity of the interpersonal issues involved.  Some
cases of harassment are clear cut.  Many others fall into the gray
areas where reasonable people may disagree as to the validity or
seriousness of the offence.
 
A training program has been developed that expolres these grayer areas
of the legal and psychologial aspects of sexual harassment.  It's called
Subtle Sexual Harassment and consists of 2 videos (one for employees,
one for managers and supervisors).  The videos are accompanied by a
facilitator's guide book and a variety of hanouts.
