So while tracking down why we didn't respond to a user request,
I find the source in the Listserv logs (line wrapped and gently
anomynized). It was a valid user of mine, from one of our IPs,
complaining that his list was getting spammed...

which then went to listserv-request which ended up hitting a procmail
rule of mine that wasn't expecting user requests - and hilarity results.

I've got everything sorted out at my end, but now I'm in Lt Columbo mode:

"There's just one thing still puzzling me... where in the web GUI does
a mortal user click to make this happen?"

I've looked around while logged in as admin, as a non-admin, and not logged
in, and I can't find a "contact the listserv admin" button or link anyplace.
Meanwhile, my google-fu also appears to be in hiding, as that's come up
empty as well..

So where did my user go clicky-clicky?
