Yes; yes; yes.

It is inappropriate to add one list to another list without the listee
list-owners' permission (and notification to the listees); there are
limitation esp. when: you get bounces and can't decode which subscriber
and if you can't control the listee list, when listee subscriber no
longer wants to be subscribed (or is duplicately subscribed) to the
lister''s list; when several listee lists are subscribed (anti-spam
heuristics sometimes kicks in).
