On AIX, our listview appears to only have the -h, -s and -a options.

Syntax: listview [-h] [-s] [-a] file1 file2...

I would find the -e and -s options useful also, as described in the
1.8e manual:

listview [-a] [-e[h]] [-h] [-r nnnn] [-s] file1 file2...

Is the newer source available on the ftp site somewhere?
