I'm just starting to play with this.  Are there any examples of how
to take a spread sheet and generate the two-line style of input
required in the TO DD file?  I'm thinking of columns that have Name,
Age, URL and e-mail in the spread sheet.  Need to get Name, Age and
URL on the XDFN line and get email and name on the second line.
