There are a couple of "things" to check.  Issue LISTSERV commands
 
GET list (NOLOCK
Q list FOR *@*
 
The first will display the date of last LISTSERV activity which
is then used to calculate when a renewal notification should be
generated.
 
 
The latter will tell you if any renewal processing is pending.
You'll have to scan the output for /pending/ (?).
