What for? LISTSERV never used MSGD or TELL for its own purposes. Users of
course are welcome to use these  protocols, but they are not reliable and
LISTSERV has never used them for its private purposes or required them.

If you order a file from a  LISTSERV that isn't on BITNET, you will still
get it via NJE (try it).
