  Sounds like two separate questions:
 
1) The node entry for SIVM says that monthly routing tables for RSCS are
being sent to userid [log in to unmask] These should be your BITNET routing
tables. If you meant LISTSERV tables, sorry, I'll let Eric answer...
 
2) The * NODUPD files are found on the NETSERV servers (as opposed to
LISTSERV). Versions from 9003 through 9102 should currently be available.
