A large number of recips "towards" Australia from Turkey are still
not receiving their postings to lists held at TREARN..
 
Are some servers still down on the way to Australia?
 
Btw, since only about 80% of the servers replied to my polling, I will
not post last month's stats for a few days, and re-poll those sites..
