Good. But wheter a site "needs" the new ones is a matter of definition - we've
seen LISTSERVs running  with pretty outdated BITEARN NODES,  MAILERs with last
centuries tables  and sometimes the  site didn't feel  the need to  have newer
ones.
Before I  get beaten  I'll interpret myself  immediately: an  up-to-date PEERS
NAMES is for  yourself and the rest  of the world more than  a nice-to-have if
you run a backbone server.
 
Turgut: Could  you tell  us -  maybe better  on an  EARN List  - how  many and
perhaps  which sites  already signed.  Maybe this  would helps  the others  in
finding a decision in a shorter time.
