We are just rolling 1.8d in production, and I seem to be unable to
enable the web interface on a Confidential=Yes/Notebook=...Private
list.  I have RTFM and searched the archives for this list (and
LSTOWN-L) but I've drawn a blank.  I created a directory for the
list in the www root/archives directory but there must be some
missing step.  Can someone please tell me how to get Listserv to
index the list and enable web access?
