Thanks to Bert Barbe's MSGD server  for VM, MSP support will be available
in release 1.8a  of LISTSERV. You can  already try it on  SEARN, but note
that LISTSERV replies "in kind" and will  expect you to have a MSP server
if you send it a command via MSP.  In other words, if you only have a MSP
client you will get no answer unless you prefix your command with 'MAIL'.
This is the  same situation as NJE  nodes which can send  but not receive
interactive messages.
