You can do a list-based mail merge, e.g.

//test1 job
// DISTRIBUTE MAIL-MERGE DBMS=LIST(listname) PW=??????? ,
[log in to unmask]
//TO DD "1=1"
//DATA DD *
X-mailed-to: &*to;
Date: &*date;
From: [log in to unmask]
Subject: Testing Owner-MM #1
To: &*to;

Dear &name;

This is a short test message.
