I had a similar experience where a postmaster wished to disable LISTSERV's
TELL reply-back to users of a certain node, since that node 'looked like'
BITNET, but was a LAN's, and thus listserv was confused.
I have a patch for this, and I can provide it if anyone has similar problems.
