Hello,
 
   I had installed the listserv last December. At that time I had
   created some test lists within listserv account. Now there is
   a requirement to create some valid lists.
 
   Using the command
 
       tell listserv put lstest1
 
   I get
 
      "This is not the proper way ... or use LSVPUT command"
 
   On using the LSVPUT command, the new  list is left on the
   rdr. I have gone through the memos and cannot seem to find
   anything that will make the new list available on the disk.
