NODUPD-D is now on line at the following peers: IRISHVM, UGA, UBVM,
BYUADMIN,RUTVM1, and POLYGRAF.  This list is designed to distribute
VERS87xx NODUPD and BITNET LINKS to all recipients of this list.  Its
intended audience are node administrators who need to maintain BITEARN
NODES and might also have an interest in BITNET LINKS.  If you currently
have an AFD subscription for * NODUPD from NETSERV@BITNIC, I suggest you
consider dropping that AFD and subscribing to NODUPD-D at one of the
peers.
 
This list will not be announced to any other lists, for political
reasons.  Subscriptions will be open, however, so feel free to tell
others who might need to use it.
 
Oh, yes:  this is meant as a solution to a problem the Europeans
and to a lesser extent the Canadians don't have, which is why there
are no Canadian or European peers.  Also, the need for the solution
will lessen as more NETSERVs are installed in the US.
