Any moment now, the 30 something names x 40 something lists x n tries
 
subscription attempts are going to start timing out, generate those
"your confirmation code has expired" messages - which will bounce,
trigger an autoresponse, or clutter the victims mailboxes some more.
 
Is there any way to prevent that ( shutdown listserv on vm and edit
file  ?  ) ?
