Our news list is growing and need to set up a read-only news group where
the output of the list can be echoed.

Problem don't have a news group which I would like to setup in
alt.language as alt.language.filipino.balitanews does anyone on the list
know of anyone who would host this for us. It would carry regular news
from the Philippines.

I do have a smtp/nntp gateway and the necessary news group server software
but have no idea which way to progress further.
