HPO makes a big difference. We are currently running delivery tests on a
LISTSERV/HPO 15.5 test system running on Linux in a VM. We can deliver a
message to ~15,000 local addresses in less than 2.5 minutes, from the time
the message is submitted by the sender until it is delivered to all
recipients.
