Before I change LOOPCHECK from its default value FULL to something else,
just what are the alternative settings?  Eric mentioned NoCRC in a post
on this topic some time ago, and the administrator's documentation I have
mentions FULL and NONE, but also directs the reader to LSTSRV-L.
