Additionally, *.jobh files can be files waiting for a particular timed release
(e.g if you are using PRIME=), postings to a list which is HELD (either because
of some error condition, or intentionally HELD by the List Owner).  They can
also be certain messages awaiting OK confirmation from someone.  However if
LISTSERV should crash before the approval comes, the approval 'cookie' can be
lost.  Any *.JOBH file 8days old or older can probably be safely deleted,
although you can use JOBVIEW to examine the file if you really want to be sure.
