I'm trying to move again today.  Limping along.  Still looks like a
problem with the smtp workers.  I'm getting lots of "Receive error:
Resource temporarily unavailable" errors and there was a .mail
backlog for a while.  The relevant part of go.user is

When I look at the various LSV processes running, there are 19 as
there should be.  But it appears that only two workers are getting
work.  During the time we have been up, here are the stats:

- Interactive messages from users     626
- Postings to distribution lists      425 (47468 recipients)
- DISTRIBUTE jobs (internal)          602
- DISTRIBUTE jobs (from network)      817
- Other incoming files               2662

But here is the "ps" output.  I would expect a more even load across
the servers.
I expect one of them is handling class L and the other all other
