LSTSRV-L@FRECP11 has  been relocated to  LSTSRV-L@FRULM11, which is  where you
must now  submit if  you previously  did to  FRECP11. I  haven't been  able to
update the  RUTVM1 and  UGA peers  (there seems  to be  a BITEARN  NODES stuck
somewhere, or well at least the effect  is the same), but they're not directly
connected to FRxxx11 so it doesn't matter that much. This is a test message.
