It looks like the C:\LISTSERV\MAIN\ANZIBA-L.LIST file is corrupted.
If you backup your server you may wish to restore it from the most
recent backups.  If not there may be a
C:\LISTSERV\MAIN\ANZIBA-L.OLDLIST file which contains information
about the mailing list from the last time it was updated.

This kind of thing often happens if someone manually edits the .list file.
