I can think of two possible reasons for this:
1. There is a sendmail problem which is sending duplicate problems
(unlikely to be going on for a month though - such problems are usually
transient after a mail hub crashes)
2. The postmaster is subscribed more than once, either through having more
than one account, or through having mail from another account transferred
to him/her by a .forward file, or through being on a redistribution list.
