I don't recall if FACs can be wildcarded, but I'm guessing that the FAC
can refer to a collocated LISTSERV(R) list.  Thus, all the "subscribers"
of the other list could be referred to by the FAC.  The only purpose of
the other list would be used as the operand of the FAC.

At least that's how I would approach it.
