        Yes, it is.  It still makes it ``bad behaviour'', even if it is
common.  I know that groupwise seems to not have much (if anything) that
is user configurable.  And, indeed the ``holiday program'', may be
something that is initiated by the groupwise admin.  Which means annoying
the users will do little, until the users annoy the admin enough to
actually figure out a way to make it behave, or decide not to use the
``holiday program''.  Which may for various reasons be a good idea
anyways...
