Some nodes might require the requesting NAD to have a personal
password for a site that contain a list(s) that are Subcription=
By-owner. Then, when it comes times to ADD them back, owner
intervention will be required. (All this learned the Hard Way,
when I did a Host-wide DEL when I meant to do (TEST.)
