There's one basic problem with including a "Newsgroup:" keyword -- it's not
in RFC822.  We can't go mixing our RFC's.  I'm not sure what RFC850 is, but
it sounds like about the time when they wrote up an RFC for the transmission
of messages on Usenet (not UUCP, but the actual News programs).
 
If we include a Newsgroup field, it would have to be an X-Newsgroup or as
a Comment field.
