WHOIS has changed again. It now deals with names in any order to
handle, as Eric pointed out, the surname first case. Also, I modified
LSV$WHO XEDIT to be smart in it's determination of deletions.
It used to miss one.
I know there are lots of little changes going on - but at least
it is being supported!
