I will send my copy of the bad PEERS NAMES file to Eric.  It is strange
that it is looks to be the same suze as the good one but the data jumps
at one point.  Complete with an invalid netdata sequence ie no length
field.

Eric:  The file was READCARD'd off my reader and sent to you as
BADPEERS CARDDATA  so you can see the actual format of the received file.
