1) If she's using Exchange, it may be removed if you have 'Language=exchange'
due to the Exchange "feature" of making it an application/ms-tnef instead
of whatever it *should* be.

2) I believe Attachments= was first added in the July 2000 levelset of the
Listserv 1.8d code - so there's 1.8d sites that haven't upgraded to that
level that don't have Attachments= support.
