If you read the CMD Command and Macro Reference, under 'EXECIO Return Code
Definitions' it says 'rc=1nn' means '100 + return code from I/O operations
of non-zero'.
 
Then you look under 'FSWRITE' and see that 'rc=13' means the disk is full.
 
Try a QUERY DISK and see how much free space you have.  Try punting some
notebooks.
 
If this fails, feel free to wander up to this neck of the woods and shoot me.
