If you want to suppress the 'Summary of resource utilization' message from
appearing you will have to change the JOB_STATS_DEFAULT setting in the
LISTSERV  site configuration to 0.

This will stop it from appearing in all administrative messages from all
lists on that LISTSERV machine.
