Jacob,
Funny you should mention that.... After I sent the message to you, I did
just that. Sure enough, it is Microsoft SMTP. This machine also runs a web
server with mail on port 25. My confusion lies in that I was running Lite on
this machine without any issues. It looks to be the solution is to change
one of the two, correct ?

Hm.  Well, the error definately means that something else is grabbing
port 25.  I'd look in the services to see if anything suspicious
there is started up.  (Microsoft SMTP, etc.)
