I've been noticing a problem with the listserv list I run.  I am not at
the host node, and so must receive mail thru the network.  However,
once in awhile mail simply stops coming to me -- and apparently everyone
at my site!  Our options are set to MAIL, and haven'd been set to NOMAIL.
Setting them again to MAIL seems to work some of the time; others require
that I resubscribe.
 
Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, can anyone offer
assistance?
 
Please -- send your replies to me, as I have signed off the list to avoid
mounds of e-mail I can't properly handle.
